This stunning Mediterranean custom home had an artistic vision and was built on an empty lot in a lovely part of Menlo Park. From the beginning of this project, Phillip Price Construction spent many hours to working closely and personally with the owners to manage costs and plan each phase of construction. Many items need to be ordered months in advance and prepared for at the start of the project when building a custom home with specialty materials. This custom home was built with hand-hewn hardwood floors, antique-style custom cabinets, and imported granite and porcelain. All the elements of the construction process came together easily thanks to our streamlined construction procedures. This beautiful home was a collaborative effort that we are pleased to have built for such wonderful people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Phillip Price Construction was founded in 1985 after Phillip Price spent 10 years working in the trade. Starting as a journeymen carpenter, and later becoming a valuable foreman building large tracts and custom homes, his experience laid the foundation for Phillip Price to start his own business as a residential general contractor. Since Phillip Price Construction's founding and now passing on the trade through the next generation, our focus remains on building brilliant homes with meticulous attention to detail.
